My poem "The Maestro". Please tell me what you think? Is it good enough to recite on stage?

The piety of the poet reminds us of a highly religious mind with a keen talent in the observation of Nature. It is not a modern poem, but somewhat conventional. Oliver Goldsmith or Long Fellow would write with such benevolence. The present-day readers are not likely to appreciate it. You can read it before a select audience.
