It's the song from Everybody Hates Chris, the episode titled, "Everybody Hates fat Mike," where Julius is at home because his job is on strike and he can't stand being out of work so he starts this montage of cleaning. The song clip lyrics just repeat "I work. I work. Baby, I work."
