How long do Pop Tarts last?

I think I finally found a question that Google can't answer, as I searched for this multiple ways and found absolutely nothing relevant. I have a box of six month old Pop Tarts on the counter, and I really want one. I can't find an expiration date on the box, or any of the packages. They taste okay. Am I going to get food poisoning? XD How long do sealed Pop Tarts last?
