How to play an .ISO file on a dvd player?

I recently downloaded a video, and it is in .ISO format. Iwant it to play on a dvd player and when I used WINRAR to extract them, they werent able to play on the computer, even with NERO installed. How can I do it where I can burn them to a DVD and play them on a DVD player?
