Bronchitis and swollen lymph nodes, really scared.?

I am a self diagnosed hypocondriact, i smoked for 9 months and have quit now I have developed chronic bronchitis, however this has caused much concern as soon as I got bronchitis I also got a painful lump under my armpit, ive often felt pain like this before in the past but only now is it scaring me. Is it possible the lymph node in my armpit is just inflamed due to the bronchitis infection or is it possible I have cancer? I go to the doctors on monday but atm i just feel like im falling about and the stress will kill me before the bronchitis/cancer... im only 17, what do u think of the sudden like out of the blue painful lump in my armpit?
