Electric bill????

That is a VERY big electric bill for a house on the small side. Something is eating up electricty and the only way to find out is to test. Anything you have that heats up is going to eat electricity big time....curling irons, hair dryers, electric blankets, space heaters, heading pads....if you use those regularly, that will explain the electric being so high. If not, try this....uming you have access to your electric meter.....unplug everything unnecessary in your home.....washer and dryer, microwave, coffeepot, cellphone chargers, lamps, tvs, computer, all of it, basically everything but your fridge. Then plug them back in one by one, and check your meter after each plug in. When the meter really starts to move, you have found your electric hog. It could be something as simple as a sump pump that never shuts off, hard to say without testing it as explained above. Good luck!
