Is it Possible?Could i have stunned my growth due to lack of exercises poor nutrition?
Eat plenty of fish as this will help the development of your brain which appears to be in urgent need significant enlargement. Exercises to help you gain height would include hanging from a bar to help stretch your spine. This is like a mild form of traction. Also, touching your toes without bending your legs,say 6 sets of ten repetitions. Do this exercise in slow even movements without jerking. Then after about 2 weeks of this you could graduate to standing on a bench with a light weight in your hands and slowly bend over trying to go below your toes. Do not force this exercise. All these exercises are designed to safely stretch the spine and strengthen the surrounding muscles. If you persist with this regime for a number of months it will help you gain height in conjunction with your normal growth process which still has some time to go; maybe up until your early twenties. Your diet should be protein rich with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables.
