Is it immature of me to delete my crush off facebook?

So My story is a bit complicated. My crush doesnt go to my school and I honestly dont see him much we just text often and he is aware of my crush on him. I've known him for about 3 months and I've seen him once or twice. I seem to have a bad habbit of looking at his facebook all the time, I deleted his number and all his texts...but i cant help but go on his facebook. I want to delete him bec im positive that will help. but he's to smart and if he notices i dont want him to think bad...and if he ask i dont want him to know i care enough to delete him..whats the right thing to do
