I have a Samsung BD-D5300 Bluray & DVD Player, and every now and then it just doesn't want to display video..?

This time, it's been without video for several hours. It's not the cables because every time the video comes back on, I have to reactivate my Netflix and other apps. Is there a trick to making this headache box work correctly?
