Favorite Large breed of dog, or medium?

I dont like small dogs, personally for me, I have always loved the medium and large breed, so i asked this before but forgot to put Large or medium breed. So out of curiousity what is it. I love the GSD, and Lab i have a cross and it is the best dog i have ever had. Will chose a best answer.
