Any professional advice about a pension plan?

He needs to appoint you as Power of Atty. and he needs to have a will. It can be handwritten as long as there are at least 2 witness' sign and it is notarized. Without one of those 2 things you won't have any say over his estate. The State will decide what to do with it.
