Would you consider my actions justice, fairness or revenge?

my daughter lives with a man that abuses her. she is terrified of him. she is terrified of not doing what he says. i reported him for every illegal thing he does, with the intention of setting my daughter free from her hell on earth. that is, if he gets sentenced and convicted. he will not allow her company, not even me, her mother, money, car,or phone.
