Charles succinctly makes his point. And I may add our President has no qualms about sending predator drones to kill suspected /targeted terrorists; without any jurisprudence, but when a terrorist is caught red-handed trying to kill American civilians and WE give him the same rights accorded to our citizens and let him "lawyer up"! It's crazy! Where are the sane adults? That bomber is a terrorist and should be dealt with in a military - not civilian court!
