Is CNN being a bit tougher on Comrade Obama after their embarring and inept "fact check" of a SNL sketch?

CNN isn't quite the house organ for Comrade Obama that it was, for example yesterday Comrade Napolitano had to take her snazzy leather jacket on CNN and actually be asked a tough question or two. Is CNN trying to become somewhat legitimate after their embarring, inept and utterly ridiculous "fact check" of a Saturday Night Live sketch?
