If global warming continues and the Gulf Stream current gets effected - how would this effect New Zealand?

A lot of people talk about how it would effect north america and europe but what about those of us on the southern hemisphere? how would it effect us? would we heat up or cool down? or extreames of both? would we flood or would we drought? Anyone know what the scientific predictions are for this part of the world?
